Questions
Good to
know.
Answers to the questions clients ask most.
What is paramedical skin camouflage?
A specialized tattooing technique that blends scars, stretch marks, and light spots to match your natural skin tone.
What can it treat?
Scars, stretch marks, and hypopigmentation (light spots like sun spots).
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe it as mild discomfort.
How many sessions will I need?
Most treatments need 1–3 sessions depending on the size and type of the area. We’ll map out a plan at your consultation.
How long do results last?
Results are long-lasting but can fade over time with sun exposure. Touch-ups may be needed every few years. Sunscreen on the treated area helps results last.
What is healing like?
Expect redness for the first few days, then the area settles over the following weeks. You’ll get full aftercare instructions at your appointment.
Who is not a good candidate?
Anyone pregnant or nursing, with active skin infections or open wounds in the treatment area, or certain skin conditions. We’ll screen for this at your consultation.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is by treatment-area size: $150–200 (palm-sized), $225–300, $325–400, $425–500 (largest). Prices can vary higher or lower depending on detail and placement.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes — every new client starts with a consultation so we can assess your skin and build the right treatment plan.
How do I book?
Book online through the scheduling link. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and goes toward your treatment total.

Recommended tattoo aftercare
Keep these instructions close during healing. The original aftercare sheet is available to open or download.
Wash your hands prior to touching your tattoo. Remove the dressing that was placed at your appointment within 2 to 3 hours and gently wash tattoo with mild soap and water. Do not reapply a new bandage.
Applying a thin film of medicated ointment is recommended for the next 3 days.
After 3 days, apply a light coating of moisturizing ointment until skin returns to its pre-tattoo condition.
Stay out of direct sunlight and tanning booths for 7–10 days. Use sunscreen of at least SPF 30.
Do not garden, have contact with animals, go swimming or soak in a hot tub or spa until tattoo is completely healed. Showers are fine.
Your tattoo should form a light dry scab that will fall off in 7–10 days. Do not touch or pick at scab.
Signs and symptoms of infection include, but are not limited to, severe redness, swelling, tenderness of the procedure site, red streaks going from the procedure site towards the heart, elevated body temperature, or purulent drainage from the procedure site. Discharge from site may be green/yellow in color and foul in odor.
